Lutheran Life Villages Anthony Campus is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our In-House Pool (IHP) team. This position offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Position Requirements
Current Indiana LPN license in good standing.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to provide quality resident-centered care and work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor and document resident conditions.
Provide direct nursing care and support resident wellbeing.
Supervise and assist CNAs and QMAs as needed.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
In-House Pool Requirements
Minimum of 16 hours per month.
Commitment to work one major holiday and one minor holiday per year.
