Job SummaryThe Licensed Practical Nurse LPN at St. Marys DYouville Pavilion is an essential member of the patient care team. HeShe will partner with residentspatients and other care providers to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment by providing direct and indirect care activities and assists in formulating and implementing a continuous plan of care for patients. They will assist with personal hygiene ambulation mobility and positioning and assist at mealtimes. HeShe will perform patient procedures tests and treatments according to policies and procedures within the scope of their practice.
