Our mission at The Living Center is to promote a quality of life through care and services to the residents, families and the communities we serve in a home-like, least-restrictive environment as possible. As we advocate for quality of life, our residents will be encouraged through a quality-focused care delivery system, community support, education and research collaboration with leaders in the field of gerontology. The outcome of our advocacy will enable our residents to lead a life of maximum independence, freedom of choice and continued involvement with their community within and outside the facility.

We are a fully-licensed 99 bed Medicare and Medicaid Certified Skilled Nursing Facility. Our goal at TLC is to provide a home-like atmosphere to all residents through compassionate care coupled with state-of-the-art medical technology.
In the event that immediate medical attention is needed, The Living Center is conveniently situated adjacent to Fitzgibbon Hospital.
