Position Summary
We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 8-hour shifts in a skilled nursing / long-term care facility. This role is ideal for nurses seeking consistent schedules, supportive clinical leadership, and a stable care team.
You will work alongside a strong CNA team and experienced nursing leadership focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care.
Schedule Options
- 8-hour shifts
- Night shifts available
- Rotating or set schedules may be available
- Weekend rotation required

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform resident assessments and monitor condition changes
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications
