    What You''ll Do

    As an LPN, you''ll work alongside our Medical Director, RN, and clinical team to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in our outpatient opioid treatment program.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Administer medications and monitor patient response
    • Assess patients, obtain vital signs, and perform required lab testing
    • Maintain accurate medication inventory and documentation
    • Assist with patient admissions, scheduling, and physician visits
    • Support compliance with CARF, DEA, and state regulations
    • Provide excellent customer service while creating a safe, welcoming environment for patients

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Active North Carolina LPN license
    • Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience
    • Strong clinical, communication, and computer skills

    Preferred:

    • Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, outpatient nursing, family practice, correctional healthcare, community health, or medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
