Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Adult Homecare - $38-$42/hr

Your Role as an LPN

In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting:

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, recognizing changes in physical or emotional status
• Collect, analyze, and document patient data to support care planning and coordination
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families to support safety, independence, and overall well-being

What We're Looking For

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Current TB test or chest X-ray
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• One year of nursing experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
