Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Annville, Pennsylvania
Pay Rate: $27-$30/hr, paid weekly

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily nursing care and conduct routine sick call assessments
• Monitor cadets’ physical health and respond to medical concerns and emergencies
• Take and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
• Administer treatments and monitor recovery from illness or injury under RN direction
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Identify and respond to communicable conditions such as lice or scabies
• Assist with physical wellness screenings and health eligibility reviews
• Administer medications in accordance with provider instructions
• Maintain medication administration records and treatment documentation
• Assist with emergency medical care as needed
• Support telemedicine procedures during non-standard hours when required

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA
• Current CPR certification
• Current First Aid and Safety certification through the American Red Cross
• Ability to work collaboratively with an RN and multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Experience working with youth or in residential settings preferred
