LPN Responsibilities
Provide nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under the supervision of an RN or licensed provider
Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with wound care
Deliver care according to individualized care plans
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Carolina
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
