Augusta Pediatrics is a busy, patient-focused pediatric practice open 7 days a week and staffed by 11 pediatric providers. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate clinical team member who is eager to develop and master essential pediatric skills, including:
Vaccine administration
Phlebotomy
Patient and family engagement
Pediatric clinical support and care coordination
This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding care to patients and their families. Candidate must be able to work four days a week with one closing night in addition to every 6th-7th weekend.
Responsible for providing direct patient care, ongoing education, and reinforcement of care plans, and providing general support in an ambulatory setting under the direction or supervision of the patient's physician or LIP/RN designee in accordance with policy, procedure, and competency to promote patient health and wellness. This position requires providing services to all age populations in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individuals served.

Position Compensation Range: The pay range for this role is $21.95 - $34.02 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate"s qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
