We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our clinic, providing total care for our residents. You will monitor their condition and needs, administer medications and treatments, oversee the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff, and complete documentation. You will also report any changes in the condition of residents and maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and care for patients, including administering medications and treatments

• Oversee nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to ensure resident care plans are followed

• Complete documentation and admit and discharge residents

• Report any changes in patient condition and maintain confidentiality

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues

Requirements:

• LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations

• Desire to work with the elderly

• Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required

Work Schedule:

• Full-time nursing position works 12-hour shifts, 6 am to 6 pm with rotating weekends
