Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is hiring LPNs for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions in our skilled nursing facility.

Pay Range
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Includes shift differentials, with higher rates available for certain benefit options.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Complete assessments and electronic documentation
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Work closely with nurses, physicians, and care staff
Qualifications
- Active LPN license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
