Compensation

• 
  Pay Rate: $42 –$45 per hour
  

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide direct patient care following the nursing process and established care plans
  
• 
  Support residents in maintaining optimal health, comfort, and well-being
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
  
• 
  Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to the Registered Nurse
  
• 
  Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
  
• 
  Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
  
• 
  Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff
  
• 
  Assist with orientation and mentoring of new staff
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with ethical and legal nursing standards
  
• 
  Complete all shift duties and assist with additional responsibilities as needed
  

Qualifications
Education

• 
  Graduate of a National League of Nursing (NLN) accredited practical nursing program
  

Licensure

• 
  Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  

Experience

• 
  Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar nursing setting preferred
