Lasata Senior Living Campus – Cedarburg, WI
Lasata Senior Living Campus, owned and operated by Ozaukee County, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Our campus includes a 106-bed Care Center providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to older adults in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
32 hours per week
AM Shift: 6:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.
PM Shift: 2:15 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.
Starting hourly pay: $31.27 (based on experience)
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care to residents in accordance with accepted nursing standards, state and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures. The LPN administers medications and treatments, monitors resident conditions, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and supports the delivery of safe, compassionate, resident-centered care.
