Seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medication administration as part of a collaborative treatment team. The LPN will work alongside physicians, nursing leadership, and counseling staff to support patient care while maintaining accurate medication and treatment records.

Shift Time: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM.
Hours/Day: 8 hours.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week.
Weekend Requirements: Required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer daily medications to patients in accordance with established policies, medical protocols, and treatment plans.
Operate automated medication dispensing systems and maintain dispensing equipment.
Calibrate pumps and ensure dispensing equipment remains properly maintained.
Maintain accurate patient records, medication records, and required reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations regarding the distribution and storage of controlled substances.
Order, receive, and maintain medication inventory in accordance with applicable DEA and state regulations, when authorized.
Conduct daily patient assessments and report relevant treatment information.
Assist with the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors, counselors, and other members of the treatment team.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
1+ year of medication administration experience – Required.
