AS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (LPN): you will complete all referral customer service and coordination process and procedures in cooperation with the Billing Department, Authorizations and Verifications Department, and Home Health and Hospice Scheduling Department, in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns. Requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. In addition the incumbent will demonstrate flexibility, excellent telephone customer service, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have a current PA Practical Nursing License (LPN)
Have at least 6 months of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of both
Have general computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have exceptional interpersonal skills
Have excellent phone etiquette
Have ability to multitask
Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check
Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
Be a team player
