Job Description
Requirements:- Current and valid Washington State LPN license.
- Previous home health experience preferred/required based on facility needs.
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience is required.
- Ability to work independently in a home health environment.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Must be available to cover a 50+ mile radius from the office as needed.
