Location: Wellspring Lutheran Services - Fairview Skilled Nursing & Rehab, Fairview

Position Type: Full-Time, Part-time or Per Diem | Hourly

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care that honors resident rights, dignity, and individuality.

• Complete daily assessments and document physical and emotional well-being.

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.

• Keep nursing leadership informed of resident status and clinical changes.

• Support and supervise unit staff in alignment with policies and procedures.

• Uphold organizational standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices.

• Respond promptly and professionally to resident and family needs.

What You Bring

• Current Michigan LPN license (required).

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.

• Two years of nursing experience preferred (home health, med-surg, critical care, or similar).

• A genuine commitment to serving an elder population with patience, respect and compassion.

Schedule & Compensation

• Employment type: Full-time, Part-time or Per Diem

• Shift: Day or Night Shift, 12-hour shifts

• Weekends: Rotating weekend schedule for Full-time and Part-time, required

• Pay rate: $29.50 - 32.40 per hour, based on licensure

• Night shift differential: $1.00 per hour
