Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Long Term Care

SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South | Fargo, ND

SMP Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and support residents in achieving their highest level of health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the provider
• Perform resident assessments and contribute to care planning
• Document resident care in the electronic medical record
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as assigned
• Support and assist CNAs in delivering quality resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and care team members
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Follow nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Dakota
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Comfortable using electronic medical record systems

Pay & Benefits

$29.00 – $33.00 per hour

Plus shift differentials:

• $3.00/hour PM shift differential
• $4.00/hour NOC shift differential

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Day, evening, and night shifts available
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
