Springwoods Behavioral Health, an 80-bed behavioral health facility located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, provides acute inpatient treatment for adolescent, adult, and specialty program for women. The hospital also offers outpatient treatment. Our six-acre campus is adjacent to a 123-acre Audubon Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary, which is held in perpetuity and cannot be developed from its natural state. This provides Springwoods with a peaceful setting for those embarked on the road to recovery.

The LPN Key Responsibilities include:

• Administers medications as ordered; instructs residents in use of medication.
• Monitor staff & residents throughout shift.
• Ensure the safety of residents by ensuring that precautions are being followed as written by physician.
• Ensure that daily schedule is being followed as outlined.
• Attend unit shift report.
• Communicate any changes to the daily schedule to the Nurse Manager immediately.

Qualifications / Job Requirements:

• Licensure: Current license LPN in the state of Arkansas.
• CPR and Handle with Care within first 30 days.
