Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision.
  
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  
  
• Monitor and document client condition.
  
  
• Report changes to supervising RN.
  
  
• Support clients and families in their care journey.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland LPN license.
  
  
• 1+ year of clinical experience.
  
  
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
  
  
• Compassion and reliability.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• $32 – $40/hr (approx. $67,000 – $83,000 annually)
