    Med Cart / Charge Nurse

    — Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

    $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for 2nd and 3rd Shift

    • 2nd Shift: Two Med Cart/Charge Nurse positions
    • 3rd Shift: One Med Cart/Charge Nurse position, Monday–Friday

    Qualifications

    • Current Alabama LPN License or Temporary PN License

    • Must successfully pass background check and drug screening

    • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

    • Perform resident assessments and document care electronically

    • Monitor residents and report changes in condition to physicians and responsible parties

    • Order medications and coordinate with pharmacy services

    • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

    • Provide wound care and other nursing treatments

    • Collect and process lab specimens

    • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
