Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team on full-time overnight shifts. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, support overall wellness, and collaborate closely with RNs and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care throughout the night.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Monitor residents’ conditions, identify changes, and report concerns promptly
  • Assist with assessments, documentation, and ongoing care planning
  • Respond appropriately to resident needs, call lights, and emergencies during overnight hours
  • Supervise and support CNAs, ensuring quality care and proper workflow
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Promote a safe, calm, and supportive environment for residents overnight


Qualifications

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Nebraska
  • CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and time-management skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to resident dignity and respect
