Windsor Lane Health Care of Gibsonburg is an 89-bed Skilled Nursing facility located at 355 Windsor Lane in Gibsonburg, Ohio. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis, with shifts available in the afternoons or midnights. Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to bariatric and geriatric patients in a long-term care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care activities
