Positions available as Full-Time, Part-Time, & Per Diem on all shifts

First Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Second Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Third Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN

• Document care accurately and timely

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
