Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality hands-on nursing care for patients with diverse medical needs. The LPN will deliver essential clinical support through monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This role involves close collaboration with registered nurses, physicians, and care teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
  • Monitor patient health status, identify changes, and report findings promptly.
  • Assist RNs and physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, nutrition, and health conditions.
  • Administer prescribed medications and IV fluids as directed, documenting all interventions accurately.
  • Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, temperature and blood pressure monitoring, dressing changes, and hygiene support.
  • Observe, chart, and report any reactions or changes in patient condition.
  • Promote patient safety, comfort, and well-being throughout care delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LPN license.
  • Completion of an approved practical nursing program.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and patient-care skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Physically able to perform essential job functions, including lifting and assisting patients.
