WOW Program Highlights
Work 24 hours each weekend - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Get paid for 6 bonus hours 30 paid hours weekly
Earn $1.25/hour shift differential for evening/night weekend hours
Option to add an extra 7.5‑hour shift during the week
Holiday rotation paid at time and a half

Available Shifts
Day Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Evening Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m.
Night Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 10:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m.

Your Role as an LPN
As an LPN at CKV, you will:
Coordinate and deliver high‑quality nursing care
Assess residents, administer medications, and document in our electronic care tracker
Supervise CNAs and ensure care plans are followed
Monitor dining activities and resident needs
Support families, visitors, and physicians during rounds
Education & Experience
Current PA LPN license
CPR competency
Continuing education aligned with state and federal regulations
Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
Post‑licensure experience preferred but not required
