Job Type: Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. We are looking for a nurse who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality care and supporting positive outcomes for residents.

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and clinical leadership

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with facility policies

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes to the RN

• Perform routine clinical duties including vital signs, wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed

• Reinforce resident and family education as directed by the RN

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

• Support individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina

• Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

• Strong clinical observation, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced long-term care environment
