- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, suctioning, dressing changes, and additional ordered treatments
- Complete accurate documentation and charting
- Support individualized resident care plans while promoting dignity and respect
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes
- Active LPN license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
