Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
Assist with treatment plans and healthcare documentation

Collaborate with Registered Nurses and physicians to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate healthcare documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems

Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
CPR/BLS Certification
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
