Location: Bennington, VT 05201
Duration: 14-week contract with possible extension
Work Schedule: Evenings (3:00 PM 11:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Bennington, VT 05201
Duration: 14-week contract with possible extension
Work Schedule: Evenings (3:00 PM 11:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Follow infection control policies, safety standards, and facility guidelines
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
- Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings preferred
- Strong medication administration and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
- Active Vermont LPN License (or Compact License, if applicable)
- BLS Certification required
