- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
- Shift Length: 8-Hour Shifts
- Variable Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- 30-Minute Unpaid Lunch Required
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking reliable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a Long Term Care travel assignment in New Oxford, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate resident-centered care while maintaining professionalism, flexibility, and strong clinical documentation skills in a long-term care environment.
Candidates must be comfortable working variable shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and accurately document changes
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records using electronic charting systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality resident care
- Assist residents with daily living activities and supportive care needs
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Participate in shift reporting and care coordination activities
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN License required
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- PA Department of Aging Fingerprint Clearance Letter required
- Ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, and nights
- Strong communication and patient care skills required
