Vestal, NY 13850 This is a

Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -LTC (Auto Offer)
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 weeks (Possible Extension)
Work Schedule: Night (5x8 Hours) 23:45 7:15
Pay rate: $33 - $42
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient vitals
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, mobility, dressing)
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Atleast 1 year of LPN experience required
- Current and valid LPN license in NY
- BLS/CPR and First Aid certified
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
