    Location: North Conway, NH – Mineral Springs
    Employment Type: Contract (12 Weeks)
    Shift: 3rd Shift
    Start Time: 11:00 PM
    End Time: 7:30 AM
    Meal Break: 30 minutes
    Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / T-LPN) to join our team in the Mineral Springs area of North Conway, NH. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care during the overnight shift and supporting a positive, safe, and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the clinical team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or clinical leadership

    • Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient condition

    • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations

    • Perform wound care, injections, and routine nursing procedures

    • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

    • Support care teams during assessments, procedures, and emergencies

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records

    • Promote infection control and safety standards throughout the shift

    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff

    Qualifications

    • Active New Hampshire LPN license (or compact-eligible)

    • BLS/CPR certification (current or able to obtain before start date)

    • Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

    • Ability to work effectively during overnight hours

    • Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or similar settings preferred

    • Reliable, professional, and patient-focused

    Shift & Scheduling Details

    • Shift: 3rd (Overnight)

    • Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

    • Meal Break: 30 minutes

    • Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week

    • Contract Length: 12 weeks
