Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide high-quality primary care within our faith-based, community-focused clinic. The nurse will room patients, obtain histories and vitals, administer medications and vaccines, perform point-of-care testing, support chronic disease management, triage phone and walk-in concerns, provide patient education, and assist providers with procedures. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver whole-person, culturally sensitive care, support care coordination and documentation in the EHR, and advance health equity for underserved individuals and families.
