Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing patient care services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract role with an exceptional occupational / primary care healthcare organization based out of Madison, WI.

·      Start date: 07-13

·      Contract length: 21 week contract to hire

·      Pay rate range: $30 - $35 an hour

·      Schedule: Mon 7:30am - 3pm / Tues 8 am - 5 pm / Wed 7:30 am - 3pm / Thurs 8:30am - 7pm / Fri 8am - 2:30pm (40 hours guaranteed)

·      Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay

JOB DETAILS:

·      LPN needed for primary care clinic.

·      Interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts

·      Prepares treatment rooms and patients for examination

·      Operates electrocardiograph (EKG) and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests

·      Gives injections or treatments, biometric screening, POC testing, and performs phlebotomy

·      Schedules appointments and makes follow up phone calls to patients

·      Performs administrative tasks, completes appropriate client company and OSHA regulated forms, and provides assistance at front desk

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

·      Must have at least 3 years of LPN experience in a primary care, urgent care or occupational health environment.

·      Seeking someone that has strong customer service skills, strong phlebotomy skills and experience with front and back office duties.

·      Must be proficient in using Epic EMR.

·      LPN license in WI is required.
