Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to patients in a variety of settings. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Current LPN license
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Newly Licensed welcome!
Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Full Time Standard shifts:
Day - 06:30 to 15:00 (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM)
Evening/Swing - 14:30 to 23:00 (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)
Night - 22:30 to 07:00 (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM)
Shift Differentials:
$2.50/hr for swing and night shift
$4.00 for weekends
