Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Clients in: Millville, overnights, 7 nights a week.

Position: Part-Time and Full-Time Available, All Shifts AvailableStarting Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (Pay determined by experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with full personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Medication administration and nutrition via g-tubes
• Follow the client/patient individualized plan of care 
• Notify supervisor of change in condition or status

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in PA 
• CPR Certification 
• Pass state and federal required criminal background checks 
• Reliable transportation 
• Able to frequently lift, reposition, or transfer client/patients
