In this role, you’ll provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support exceptional patient outcomes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

As a Clinic Float Pool LPN, you'll provide patient care across multiple clinic locations while supporting teams where you're needed most.<\/span><\/span>

• Clinic Float Pool - Full -Time | PRN available <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Orthopedic Clinic - Full -Time <\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Family Practice  - 1.0 FTE & 0.8 FTE opportunities available <\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• ​Urgent Care - 0.9 FTE | 12 Hr Shifts<\/span><\/span>

  What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct focused nursing assessments by collecting, documenting, and communicating patient information accurately and promptly<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor patient status, recognize changes or abnormal findings, and communicate updates to the healthcare team<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that support patient comfort, wellbeing, and education<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    What We’re Looking For<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    Required Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program or technical school of nursing<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Active Montana LPN license<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (re -certification every 2 years)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • IV Certification required within 6 months of hire through an approved nursing education program or a pre -licensure nursing education program<\/span><\/span>
