The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected non-profit healthcare system in Helena, MT, to hire dedicated LPNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
In this role, you’ll provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support exceptional patient outcomes.
As a Clinic Float Pool LPN, you'll provide patient care across multiple clinic locations while supporting teams where you're needed most.
Available Opportunities
- Clinic Float Pool- Full-Time | PRN available
- Orthopedic Clinic - Full-Time
- Family Practice - 1.0 FTE & 0.8 FTE opportunities available
- Urgent Care - 0.9 FTE | 12 Hr Shifts
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Conduct focused nursing assessments by collecting, documenting, and communicating patient information accurately and promptly
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes or abnormal findings, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that support patient comfort, wellbeing, and education
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or technical school of nursing
- 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Active Montana LPN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (re-certification every 2 years)
- IV Certification required within 6 months of hire through an approved nursing education program or a pre-licensure nursing education program
