What You’ll Do Overnight
• Oversee resident health, safety, and well-being during overnight hours.
• Complete clinical assessments and accurate documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor chronic conditions.
• Respond to changes in condition with confidence and urgency.
• Communicate updates to families and care team members.
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure consistent, person-centered care.
• Maintain a calm, safe, and structured environment for residents.
What You Bring
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in geriatrics, assisted living, or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work independently and lead overnight care.
