About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Mission Pines, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and conducting routine nursing tasks. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your exceptional communication skills will also ensure seamless communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

• Conduct routine vital signs, assessments, and observations

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and resident care conferences
