Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support outpatient clinical services in an OB/GYN setting. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care while assisting multidisciplinary teams across women’s health and specialty care services in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical support in an outpatient setting
• Assist physicians and clinical staff during patient examinations and procedures
• Monitor and document patient information accurately
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
• Support patient flow and daily clinic operations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Assist with patient education and follow-up care instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program
• Current New York State LPN License required
• Knowledge of:
  • Infection control principles
  • Performance improvement principles
  • Delegation principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous OB/GYN or outpatient clinic experience preferred
• Experience supporting specialty practices such as Primary Care, GI, or Cardiology preferred
