At Rehabilitation Center of Orlando, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team and make a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments in accordance with policies and regulations.

• Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

• Observe and report changes in residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care based on individualized care plans and physician orders.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to enhance resident care.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, upholding the highest standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.

• Current CPR certification.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare settings.

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team (RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
