New Season Treatment Centers is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing outpatient addiction treatment team in Raleigh, NC. Your Impact:
- Administer prescribed medications and accurately document patient care
- Assess patients prior to dosing and monitor patient well-being
- Perform medication inventory, reconciliation, and controlled substance accountability
- Obtain vital signs, TB testing, and other clinical assessments
- Assist the Medical Director with patient evaluations and scheduling
- Maintain confidential electronic medical records
- Support CARF accreditation and regulatory compliance
- Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting patients and visitors
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and counselors to provide high-quality, compassionate care
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Experience in outpatient nursing, behavioral health, addiction medicine, family practice, corrections, primary care, or community health is preferred but not required
