Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night-shift healthcare team, providing high-quality medical services with a focus on patient care. Available LPN shift is 6 pm to 6 am, with options for set schedules for easier work-life balance.

Duties

• Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and ensuring accurate documentation in electronic medical records.

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Experience

• Qualified candidates should have a valid LPN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
