Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time 3rd Shift

Full-Time Role Pay starts at $34 per hour, pay based on experience. Plus an additional 2 PM shift differential. Additional 10 Weekend Differential for all weekend shift hours.

What you bring to the table:

• LPN License in good standing in Illinois
• Long-term Care experience (Preferred)
• Caring and compassionate nature
• Possess strong computer skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents
• Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately
• Carrying out all physicians orders accurately
• Ensures that the care of the residents from CNAs and nurse is delivered appropriately
