Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
