Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Job Summary

The Pines of Mount Lebanon is seeking dependable and clinical-minded Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team in Pittsburgh, PA. We currently have Full-Time and Part-Time tracks available to fit your schedule. Schedule & Status

  • Full-Time Availability: 5 days a week, including a rotating weekend schedule.
  • Part-Time Availability: 3 days a week, including a rotating weekend schedule.

Compensation & Shift Rates

  • 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM):$29.10 per hour(Available for Part-Time)
  • 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM):$29.85 per hour(Includes shift differential; Available for Full-Time and Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and clinical treatments accurately in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.
  • Supervise, support, and delegate daily tasks to floor Caregivers and CNAs during your shift.
  • Monitor resident health updates, manage clinical documentation, and communicate changes directly to families, physicians, and management.
  • Foster an organized, collaborative, and professional working environment on the floor.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High reliability—our team and our residents rely on your nursing leadership.
  • Must pass all standard pre-employment background checks, physicals, and drug screenings.
