Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: The Pines of Mount Lebanon — Pittsburgh, PA

Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Openings Across All Shifts

Schedule: Rotating weekends required for all roles

Shift Options & Pay Rates

• 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM):$29.10 / hour
• 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM):$29.85 / hour (includes $0.75/hr shift differential)
• 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): $30.10 / hour (includes $1.00/hr shift differential)

Position Overview

The Pines of Mount Lebanon, an Integracare community, is seeking dependable, clinical-minded Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team.In this role, you will lead floor care, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with direct caregivers to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.

Available Schedules

• Full-Time:5 days per week (40 hours/week) with rotating weekend coverage.
• Part-Time:3 days per week (24 hours/week) with rotating weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and clinical treatments accurately according to physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident well-being, conduct health evaluations, and document clinical updates in medical records.
• Provide oversight and guidance to Caregivers and CNAs on shift, supporting strong teamwork on the floor.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care staff regarding changes in resident condition.
• Respond promptly to urgent resident needs and clinical situations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure:Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Certifications: CPR/AED certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire).
• Experience: Prior nursing experience in assisted living, personal care, or long-term care preferred; new graduates with strong clinical skills welcome to apply.
• Skills:Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Requirements:Must pass standard pre-employment background checks, drug screenings, and health clearances.
