A healthcare provider is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its nursing team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering treatments, and supporting residents' health and well-being in a collaborative care environment.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to appropriate healthcare providers
Record vital signs, observations, and nursing interventions accurately and timely
Provide direct patient care and assist with daily clinical needs
Educate patients and family members regarding care plans, medications, and treatments
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care
Supervise and support nursing assistants and other assigned staff
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Promote a safe, clean, and patient-centered environment
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards of care
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or similar settings preferred
